E-book Promotion. Marketing Monday Mania

One my New Year Resolutions is to market my book for an hour five days a week. Since my visiting relatives left for home just yesterday, I consider today the beginning of my 2014. Because I only have today's hour to report, things will look slim...so very different from my waistline. Hopefully, next week will look more plump (the marketing list, that is).
